Authors Biography
Julia lives in Devon with her husband and grown-up children after she moved there some years ago. Monsieur Claude’s Great French Adventure is her first children’s book. She enjoys reading, travelling, singing and gardening. Her first book Sanctifying the Spirit, is in the Christian spirituality genre. She is also editor of a Catholic newspaper, Reach, and has written numerous articles which have been published in diocesan newspapers and various magazines both nationally and internationally.
Alongside her many hobbies, Julia is an active member of her local church community. As a catechist in the Catholic tradition, she has helped lead people to Christ for nearly a decade in all types of sacramental preparation. She has given talks and workshops on various aspects of the Christian life and also participated in leading retreats for young and old alike. Julia has gained a Masters Degree in Pastoral Theology from St.Mary’s University, Twickenham.
Julia has derived great joy from writing her books.
